2010 DEC 23 -- Scientists discuss in 'The association of preoperative thrombocytosis with prognostic factors in malign ovarian tumor' new findings in ovarian cancer. "We assessed the association of preoperative thrombocytosis with prognostic factors in malign ovarian tumor. Over a five-year period, cases treated for ovarian cancer were randomly assigned," researchers in Diyarbakir, Turkey report.
