2011 JAN 13 -- In this recent report, researchers in the United States conducted a study "To evaluate the use of a technique consisting of culdocentesis followed by saline solution enhanced pelvic ultrasonography in cases suspect for ectopic pregnancy in which an accurate diagnosis could not be made using routine transvaginal ultrasound.
