Data from K. Hashimoto et al Provide New Insights into Breast Cancer

2011 JAN 20 -- According to recent research published in the journal Annals of Oncology, "The aim of this study was to develop a prediction model of progressive disease (PD) in breast cancer patients without measurable disease in first-line chemotherapy. We developed a model to predict PD using carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen (CA) 15-3 in metastatic breast cancer patients who were enrolled in a phase III trial."
