Research from University Hospital Yields New Data on Bioscience

2011 FEB 3 -- Research findings, 'Phytotherapy as alternative to hormone replacement therapy,' are discussed in a new report. According to a study from Valencia, Spain, "Phytoestrogens are a group of non-steroidal compounds of plant origin that present structural and functional similarities with estradiol. Isoflavones are their most widely known category."
