Study Data from E.K. Tezcanli et al Provide New Insights into Breast Cancer

2011 MAR 3 -- Data detailed in 'Does radiotherapy planning without breath control compensate intra-fraction heart and its compartments' movement' have been presented. "This prospective study investigated radiation dose and volume changes during breathing cycle. Ten patients with left breast carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were included," scientists in Istanbul, Turkey report.
