2011 JUN 16 -- According to recent research from Chapel Hill, United States, "Clinical History Patient: A 38-year-old Caucasian female Chief Complaint: The patient presented to her primary care physician with a self-discovered breast mass. History of Present Illness: The patient had no significant medical history except 2 pregnancies, the last of which resulted in a fullterm pregnancy 6 months prior to her noticing the breast mass."
