Study Data from A.A.V. Decarvalho et al Provide New Insights into Obstetrics and Gynecology

2011 JUN 16 -- In this recently published article, scientists in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil conducted a study "To verify whether fetal colon thickness can be used as a marker for estimating, independent of biometrics and fetal weight percentile, the gestational age (GA) of fetuses between 37 and 40 weeks. The study group was 1296 fetuses aged between 33 and 40 weeks."
