Study Results from University of Amsterdam Provide New Insights into Hydronephrosis

2012 FEB 2 -- "Hydronephrosis can be a side effect of radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. The incidence of clinically relevant hydronephrosis has not been studied in a large sample and the benefit of early detection of hydronephrosis is not clear," researchers in Amsterdam, Netherlands report.
