Research from T. Li and Co-Researchers Yields New Findings on Endometrial Cancer

2012 FEB 9 -- According to the authors of recent research published in the journal Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, "Loss or mutation of the PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10) gene is associated with resistance to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitors. However, the mechanism underlying remains elusive."
