Studies from Medical University Provide New Data on Blood Pressure

2012 MAR 15 -- Researchers detail in "Arterial hypertension in liver transplant recipients," new data in Blood Pressure. According to the authors of recent research from Warsaw, Poland, "Hypertension is an important cardiovascular risk factor that influences patient survival. This study sought to evaluate hypertension incidence and circadian rhythms of blood pressure (BP) among liver transplant recipients during the first posttransplant month."
