Researchers' work adds to cancer vaccines body of knowledge

Cancer vaccines data are the focus of recent research from the United Kingdom, Australia and United States.

Study 1: Scientists report the results of a phase 1 study of TNF-alpha AutoVaccIne in patients with metastatic cancer in a recent issue of Cancer Immunology, Immunotherapy.

"We evaluated the safety and immunogencity of a novel vaccine directed against autologous TNF-alpha in a phase I fixed-dose escalation trial.
