Efficacy of 308-nm xenon-chloride excimer laser clarified

The safety and efficacy of a promising vitiligo treatment have been clarified. "Many preliminary data suggest that the 308-nm excimer laser can be a highly effective therapeutic alternative for treating vitiligo, inducing rapid repigmentation with minimal ultraviolet irradiation," dermatologists in South Korea explained.
