CIGNA HealthCare appoints southern California general manager

CIGNA HealthCare has hired William (Bill) S. Corba to the new position of general manager for its Southern California markets. He will work in partnership with Peter Welch who serves as the general manager for CIGNA HealthCare's Northern California markets to drive strategies and initiatives to grow membership in the state.
