Immunotherapeutics company appoints Peter Thornton as chief financial officer

Antigenics, Inc., (AGEN) announced that Peter Thornton will join the company as chief financial officer and senior vice president. Jeff Clark, who has been CFO for the past year, has resigned, with plans to return to his home state of Texas.
