Pharmaceutical companies increase staffing between phase III and launch

Between phase III and launch, companies may increase staffing by as much as 100%; on average, the researched companies dedicated 30 team members at launch, with a high of 60 and a low of 6 FTEs, according to business intelligence firm Cutting Edge Information.
